I got the Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Dahlia and I love it. I’m not really a lipstick person because most lipsticks I’ve tried (like Kat Von D) feel too dry, so I usually prefer a good lip balm. This one is perfect because it gives the hydration of a balm with a really nice natural tint.
The Dahlia shade adds just enough color to make my lips look more polished without feeling like I’m wearing lipstick. It lasts a good amount of time, though you’ll need to reapply if you’re eating or drinking a lot. I drink from an Owala water bottle, and sometimes you’ll see a little color transfer, but that’s expected with a tinted balm.
Also, funny enough, I’ve accidentally washed both of the balms in the laundry, and they still worked fine afterward (just don’t put them in the dryer).
If you want hydration with a subtle everyday tint, this one is great.
