Good case - no instructions

Good case - no instructions
Haven't used the case yet but it seems good. It is nothing like the sturdy quality of my 25 year old smaller samsonite case - but it is much lighter and easier with the four wheels. So now to the combination lock which you need to be psychic to work out how to use. Firstly there were no instructions or leaflets. Eventually after searching all the zipped pockets, I found them (zip pocket at the back of inside suitcase base). This is just a guarantee and a label with a noddy diagram on it that is as clear as mud. The diagram also shows a key - which is why so many people think there should be a key! There is no key - I assume that the diagram just shows how the airport can open it in an emergency. I gave up on the diagram and came on here, and tried a few tips which didn't work. I had just about decided not to use the combination lock at all and use my usual small padlocks - but then I registered the suitcase with samsonite and the information is there. There is a bar code inside the suitcase which you scan that takes you to the page to register. This took ages as the product code boxes are not user friendly. One half of the code in box, the other half in the other box. Having finally finished registering it, it comes up with some options - one of which is how to use the combination lock. Tap on that and it takes you to a video - which shows the wrong suitcase with a different lock - however it did say to use a pen to push a small button. So back to my suitcase. The small button is so small I didn't even see it!. But that's what you do. 1) Unlock the zip tabs using the pre-set code 2) Use a pen nib to press the tiny button on top and keep that pressed down (see photo) 3) Set whatever combination you want 4) Take the pen out. 5) Press the large side release button and the small one pops up again. 6) Lock the zip ends in place and unlock using your new code. Hopefully it should be easy to use now.

    Und als dieser Koffer nun kurzzeitig im Angebot war, haben wir erneut zugegriffen.

    Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Qualität ist, wie immer, überragend.
    Er ist ferderleicht und das ist bereits beeindruckend.
    Die Rollen sind stabil und leichtgängig. Er steht sicher und kann sehr gvut bewegt werden.

    Der Hochwertige Reißverschluss ist leichtläufig und ebenfalls stabil, dazu besitzt der Koffer ein TSA Schloss.
    Es gibt eine Erweiterungsfunktion und eine Reißverschlusstasche außen.
    Auch innen ist er beeindruckend gut ausgestattet. Durchdacht, sauber und langlebig. Mit Kreuzgurte und einer Netztasche mit umlaufendem Reißverschluss.

    Das Adressschild ist integriert und kann eingeschoben werden, damit es unsichtbar für andere ist.

    Die Größe ist 55 cm mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 35 Liter. Laut Tabelle ist er als Boardgepäck für alle Airlines weltweit zugelassen.

    Er ist nicht billig, aber er ist jeden Cent wert.
    Und er war und ist es uns Wert, denn er muss auf unseren vielen weiten Reisen auch etwas aushalten können. Bislang haben wir da mit Samsonite die besten Erfahrungen gemacht.

    Clairement on n'est pas sur le haut de gamme. Pas de fond "plat", on pose les vêtements sur les rails du systeme de poignée.
    Le deuxieme compartiment n'est pas aussi pratique que sur d'autres valises.
